DETERMINING YOUR SPECIFIC PROJECT NEEDS

To provide a project price quote to you, we must have 3 pieces of information:

1) a list of the PRODUCTS you want by quantity, stock number, size and color

2) details about the ARTWORK for the job (an art file sample is even better!)

3) the PRODUCTION method you wish to use (screen printing, embroidery, patch, etc.)

1) PRODUCT STYLES AND PRICING:

To determine the exact blank apparel products and/or promotional items you want to use for your project, please review our online catalogs:

Online Apparel Catalog for all apparel and related accessories like hats, bags, etc.;
Online Promotional Products for promotional products like pens, mugs, etc.

At these web sites, you can see big, clear photos of thousands of product styles while reviewing prices that are discounted as ordered quantities increase.

Please look through these online catalogs and write down by quantity* the stock numbers, colors and sizes that match your concept and budget. Taking just a few minutes to review the online catalogs will give you a clear indication of what styles are available to you. (The pricing shown in the catalog is MSRP -- you will pay significantly less than this amount, which you will see on the Price Quote we provide.)

*NOTE: BECAUSE OF THE LARGE NUMBER OF ORDERS WE HANDLE EACH DAY, THE MINIMUM PRODUCTION QUANTITY FOR ANY ORDER IS 18 PIECES WITH THE SAME LOGO OR DESIGN. ALL CUSTOM LOGO PRODUCTION ORDERS MUST MEET THIS 18 PIECE MINIMUM QUANTITY TO BE PROCESSED! You may mix and match a variety of garment styles within the 18 pieces, but the logo itself must be produced a miminum of 18 times per order. 2) ARTWORK:

The next piece of information required covers the graphic design, logo or artwork you want to produce.

If you HAVE an existing piece of art or a logo that has been professionally designed, simply forward your existing art file to us via art-files@CustomLogoFactory.com. We will review the file and create an accurate price quote for you. (If you are not sure the art you have is "ready for production", read the information on our ART / DESIGN INFORMATION page to ensure that the art file you have is in a format we can use.)

If you DO NOT HAVE a design or logo already developed, our art staff can create one for you for a nominal fee. Simply send an email to the Art Department to tell us about the design concept you want created. We will then reply with an estimate of the amount of time and the cost involved to create the design you describe.

3) PRODUCTION FORMATS:

The final decision is about the production format: SCREEN PRINTING, EMBROIDERY or PATCHES.

Remember to also review the list of pre-production costs just under each price list, and remember to consider the number of colors (screen printing) or complexity / fullness of design (embroidery) as it relates to your budget.
