HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM EMBROIDERED PATCHES

CHOICES TO BE MADE TO ORDER EMBROIDERED PATCHES:

1 - Determine the Size of the Patch
The overall patch size is width (W) x height (H) divided by 2. Round up fractions to the nearest half.

2 - Select the Colors of the Thread and Fabric
Choose up to 7 thread colors by PMS or thread chart; select a background fabric (poly twill, felt, etc.) and its color.

3 - Estimate the Percentage of Embroidery
Determine what percentage of the background fabric will be embroidered (see chart above).

4 - Choose the Type of Backing
The backing can be plastic, heat-seal, peel-n-stick or velcro; see the chart above for details.

5 - Select the Type of Border
The border of the patch can be merrow, hot-knife or cut; again, see the chart above for details.

ONCE YOU HAVE DETERMINED EACH OF THESE FIVE CHOICES, THE CUSTOM LOGO FACTORY CAN PROVIDE A DETAILED PRICE QUOTE FOR YOUR PATCH PROJECT!

IMPORTANT NOTE: THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR ANY PATCH PROJECTS IS 100 PIECES PER DESIGN. TURN-AROUND TIME FOR PATCH EMBROIDERY AND SHIPPING IS 21 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT.
